Workload Settings Conflict Resolution
When configuring a workload, you can override an object's default settings. The object's settings in one workload are independent of that object's settings in any other workload. When you include an object in multiple workloads in the same job, those settings might not match, which creates a conflict at run time.
Conflicts are automatically resolved as follows:
|Object Setting||Workload 1||Workload 2||Result|
|Foreign View||Table uses a foreign view.||Table does not use a foreign view.||Table does not use a foreign view.|
|Copy Statistics||Object statistics are copied.||Object statistics are not copied.||Object statistics are copied.|
|Skip||Object is not copied if it exists on the target system.||Object is copied if it exists on the target system.||Object is copied.|
Object is automatically included in the workload by selecting a database.
|Object is explicitly excluded from the workload.||Object is excluded from the job.|
Object is included in the workload by adding the object.
